In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Privacy Policy on the one hand, and the Terms of Use or the Purchase Agreement on the other hand, the terms of this Privacy Policy shall supersede those of the Terms of Use or the Purchase Agreement. However, additional terms that appear in either the Terms of Use or the Purchase Agreement, but not in this Privacy Policy, and do not contradict any term in this Privacy Policy, shall not be deemed a conflict between the documents for purposes of this paragraph. This Privacy Policy provides notice of the standards and terms under which MBD INVESTMENT GROUP, INC. protects the privacy of information supplied by visitors to sites on the World Wide Web that are owned and operated by MBD INVESTMENT GROUP, INC., including www.gratefulgrebe.com. 1.         PERSONS OR PARTIES COVERED; DEFINITIONS

We do obtain the customer's consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.
The Live Chat system that MBD INVESTMENT GROUP, INC. uses or may use for customer support is a one-on-one chat. MBD INVESTMENT GROUP, INC. owns or licenses the Live Chat software and operates it on MBD INVESTMENT GROUP, INC.'s server and network. No third party collects any information that you provide through the Live Chat system. MBD INVESTMENT GROUP, INC. may retain and use logs of the Live Chat sessions for any of the following purposes:

  • • to analyze and resolve system problems;
  • • to compile and update frequently asked questions (FAQ) and entries in the customer support Knowledge Base;

7.         HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

7.1.      Registration

14.       SALE OR TRANSFER OF MBD INVESTMENT GROUP, INC.'S STOCK OR ASSETS

You further agree that your failure to respond to notification of transferring your information to a third party within the timeframe prescribed by the notification, for any reason whatsoever, shall be deemed your acceptance of and agreement to the terms and conditions of the notification.
